Ryan Walter
Co-Founder of Profit Academy
Ryan has spent his career building and evaluating pricing teams—across both industry and consulting. Before co-founding Profit Academy, he spent 15+ years in pricing strategy and analytics, leading initiatives inside industrial, software, and distribution businesses as well as advising clients on commercial strategy. He’s built tools from scratch, managed enterprise pricing transformations, and coached early-career hires through the steep part of the learning curve.
He is currently a Partner at Jennings Executive Search, where he leads the firm’s Pricing and Analytics practice.
Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics. He began his professional career as a classical musician.

Igli G. Laçi
Co-Founder of Profit Academy
Igli Laci is a strategic finance and pricing leader with extensive experience driving profit growth across manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products, leading strategy, analytics, and commercial execution initiatives for both private equity-backed and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to this work, he has created and hosted a business and investing podcast, producing over 100 episodes and building a diverse audience.
He is currently Vice President of Pricing at Midland Industries.
Igli holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Economics, and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.
